- 1 Cup of Organic Farro
- 3 Cups of Water
- 1 Cup of Diced Peppers
- 1/2 Cup of Roughly Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2 Tbsp of Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Minced Clove of Garlic
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Pepper
- 2 Tbsp of Grapeseed Oil
- Juice from a Whole Lemon
First start by rinsing and draining your farro. Place in a pot and add enough water or stock to cover (1 part grain 2 parts water). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 30 minutes. Drain off any excess water
Add your pepper, onions, garlic and parsley to your cooked farro.
Pour oil oil and lemon juice over your Farro 4+ and mix all together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill in your refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
