- 1 Cup of Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use Vanilla Vega Sport)
- 1 Small/Medium Banana
- 1-2 Tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
- Little Drizzle of Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds to add a little crunch
- 4 Ice Cubes
Combine all the above ingredients (except for the pumpkin seeds) in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour immediately into a large glass and top it with your pumpkin seeds. Enjoy with a fun straw.
