- 2 Cans of Tuna in Water (I like the 365 brand)
- 1/2 Can of Rinsed Black Beans
- 1 Small Glass Jar of Marinated Artichokes, strained and marinade set aside
- 1/4 Tsp Himalayan Pink or Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Pepper
- Fresh Lemon Juice
In a small glass bowl, mix together your drained shredded tuna with your rinsed, pat-dried black beans.
Add your strained, marinated artichokes to your tuna and beans party. Set aside some of that flavor-filled marinade for later.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on your Tuna +2 bowl. Add some freshly squeezed lemon juice and pour as much of that reserved artichoke marinade as you'd like on your protein mixture. Gently mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
