- Pre-Made Steel Cut Oats
- 1/2 Cup of Berries (I like blue, raspberries, strawberries & blackberries)
- Small - Medium Banana
- Chia Seeds
- Ground Flax Seed
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Optional: 1/2 Cup of Milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- Note: I use 1/4 cup of water to warm up my oats
Read the container on how to prepare your steel cut oats. Pre-make your SCO for the next 3 days for a quick and easy breakfast. Store cooked oats in a glass container for easy access.
Wash your 1 1/2 cups of berries and store in a glass container for the next 3 days.
Scoop out 1/2 cup of oats into a microwaveable bowl.
Sprinkle desired amount of ground flax seed, chia seeds and cinnamon.
Add your desired liquid to the oat/seed/spice mixture. Gently mix your oats and friends together and warm in the microwave to your desired temperature.
Top with 1/2 cup of washed berries and enjoy with a sliced banana.
