- 1 small crisp apple, cored (or not) and thinly sliced into large chips.
- Almond butter or any nut butter (no more than 2 tbs)
- Toasted (unsweetened) coconut flakes
- 1 tsp of ground flax seed
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon
- Fresh raspberries
- ½ tsp cacao nibs
- ½ tsp of granola
- ¼ tsp of chia seeds
Spread your butter over one side of each apple slice.
Now you can top your apple slice with your choice of healthy sprinkles: Toasted coconut flakes, raspberries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, and granola
Combine the ground flax seed and cinnamon together and sprinkle a light dusting over your toppings.
