Waistline Friendly Dessert



  • 1 small mashed semi-ripe banana 
  • 1/2 tsp of cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp of almond butter
  • Little sprinkle of cinnamon 

Step 1

Mix all the above ingredients together in a small microwaveable bowl or ramekin, 

Step 2

Place this microwaveable bowl into the microwave and warm for about 30-60 seconds. I would only warm these ingredients just enough until the almond butter starts to blend into the mashed banana.

Step 3

Remove and gently stir all those ingredients together.  Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy. This guilt free snack or dessert or will always be waistline friendly
