1 container of plain Siggy’s yogurt
1 tsp of minced garlic
Lemon Zest (I used my entire medium lemon)
2 Tbsp of chopped fresh dill
Fresh ground pepper (1/4 Tsp or to taste)
Sea salt (1/4 Tsp or to taste)
3 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
Combine all the above ingredients in a medium glass bowl and combine with a rubber spatula.
Chill for 20 minutes before you serve. This allows all those yummy ingredients to become friends.
